What can I expect in an internet session?
I am a friendly, empathetic, and non-judgmental counsellor and online therapist with about two-decades-long of training and experience in counselling and psychotherapy services, both in person and online. In all e-sessions I have with my clients, I guide them on their life journey with empathy and respect for as long as it is of help to them.
I provide internet counselling services from Sydney, Australia. I consult in both English and Italian, working exclusively with adults; male and female seeking online therapy sessions from Australia, Italy, and the broader Europe.
My approach to virtual counselling and psychotherapy is employing a range of creative therapeutic modalities such as Psychodynamic, Existential, Humanistic and Transpersonal which enables a personalized solution to the challenges you’re currently facing.
How does e- therapy works?
My counselling sessions revolve around deploying pragmatic approaches to help address and resolve your issues strategically. When you schedule an appointment with me, I’ll work with you to identify your challenges and navigate through them.
Although it’s a virtual counselling, be sure that I’ll always offer you a warm, safe and compassionate environment where you can process your experiences and emotions. I am empathetic and non-judgmental, and I never provide opinions about the choices you’ve had to make. There are many benefits in seeing a psychoanalyst in person, but still many choose online therapy. I am experienced in both. In my practice, neither can be seen as one better than the other; they are merely variations. Each approach has its own benefits and advantages.

What do I need to set up an online session?
Just a computer, your phone or tablet, and reliable internet access are all you need. We will have practical counselling sessions at a suitable time via Skype or Zoom wherever you are.
How long is an online counselling session?
Each online sessions will last for about 50 minutes. That seems to be a sufficient time for most people to express their concerns, gain critical insights, understanding, and also look at the presented issue in different ways that they may not have considered before.
We will discuss follow up sessions if necessary and frequency. Often, getting unstuck from these life challenges isn’t as complicated as it may seem. You’re the real authority when it comes to what you’re going through and what you need, and I am fully here to support you.
